Cancellation Policy

Blue Frog will endeavour to accommodate changes to your booking to allow you to attend alternative dates and locations. However we regret that we are not able to refund the seminar fee if you cancel too close to the date as follows:

  1. we will refund the full seminar fee less an admin fee of $25 if you cancel more than 7 days before the event;
  2. cancellations within 7 days will not be refunded but you may attend the same seminar on another date subject to availability and subject to you informing us prior to the date of the seminar you are originally booked to attend.

You may nominate another person from your company to attend the seminar in your place.

Blue Frog reserves the right to cancel a seminar or change a seminar’s location at any time.  We undertake to inform you of the change. If we cancel the seminar, the paid registration fee will either be fully refunded or alternatively, you may choose to attend another seminar.  Blue Frog will not be liable for any other costs or expenses you incur by reason of Blue Frog cancelling a seminar or altering its time, date or location.

Blue Frog reserves the right to transfer a seminar to another venue in a nearby geographic location.

Advice

All advice provided by Blue Frog in this seminar and in accompanying materials is of a general nature only and we make no representations, warranties or guarantees that the application of our advice is applicable to your business or will result in sales growth in your business. We will not be held liable for any costs, loss or damage incurred by you as a result of implementing our marketing advice or recommendations.
